...
4/3-3 =4/0 that's undefined
And (4/3) -3
=(4-9)/3
=-5/3

hi friend
your question can be of two types
(i) 4/3-3 or
(ii) (4/3)-3

the answer of (i) is as follows
4/3-3
=4/0
=undefined

and
the answer of (ii) is as follows
(4/3)-3
=(4/3)-(3*3/1*3)
=(4/3)-(9/3)
=(4-9)/3
= -5/3
