If you carefully observe A & C are at the same potential and B & D at the same potential. If you can re-draw the resistors they all will be in parallel with each other (6Ω||6Ω||6Ω)

\frac{1}{R_{AB}} = \frac{1}{6} + \frac{1}{6} + \frac{1}{6} = \frac{3}{6} = \frac{1}{2}\\\\R_{AB} = 2 ohms
