4. Chris wants a carpet for the lounge of his new house. A sketch of the lounge is given below

He gets quotes from two local companies. Company A and Company B. The amount they charge for laying carpets is given below.
Company A: Fixed price of ₹ 15 per square meter.
Company B: ₹20 per square centimeter for first 10 square meters and ₹ 12 for anything over that.
Which company should he choose in order to keep the cost of laying carpet to a minimum?
