I am new to Google Drive and struggling to understand the difference between My Drive, Computers and Backups tabs. I tried asking on the Google Chat facility but the Support person was not able to explain it clearly. If I look in My Drive I can see the folder structure from my laptop C drive. If I look in the Computers -> My Laptop section I also see the same folder structure.
What is the difference between the two?
Do I need to do anything in the Computers section?
Do I just view and edit files in the My Drive section?
Does the Backup app update both the My Drive and Computers sections?
Very confused and would like a really simple explanation if possible!
