Answer:

Distillation is said to be the process by which two components are separated from each other by either evaporation or condensation . The same way fractional distillation is said to be the process through which many components of a mixture are separated from each other through boiling/heating them at their boiling point . In fractional distillation , the components are heated at a temperature in which one or more of them will vaporize . The main principle which we can conclude from fractional distillation is that different liquids and components boil and evaporate at different temperatures .
