1. The gifts which other animals brought made him greedy because the more he got, the more he wanted.

2. The king's courtiers were the fox, the leopard and the crow.

He selected them because of their cleverness, alertness and ability to fly respectively.

3. The king and his courtiers were in the desert because they wanted to taste the camel's meat.

4. The camel saved the lion's life by carrying him on his back to the jungle.

5. The three courtiers offered themselves to the lion in order to make camel offer himself to the king and request him to eat him.

6. The lion showed that he was grateful to the camel by not killing him and by making him his friend.

7. We learnt to make wise decisions, as the Lion did in the story.
