Data collection is the process of gathering and measuring information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, which then enables one to answer relevant questions and evaluate outcomes.
Data analysis, also known as analysis of data or data analytics, is a process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision-making.
is about collecting the accurate data and data analysis is about analysing that data and come to a solution.
Data collection involves:
• Developing research questions and linking them to study designs
• Searching for relevant sources
• Getting authentic data
• Collecting data with the help of mobile software to avoid any error
Data analysis involves:
• Right data or not for answering your question
• Drawing accurate conclusions from that data
• Informing your decision-making process
These processes can be better conducted with the help of a mobile, so and mobile data analysis is always considered to be more accurate and perfect.

Data collection is actually the process of gathering information aka data. What you do after collecting the data is entirely up to you. It may be stored, analysed or measured.
Some methods of data collection include; interviews, , focus groups, document research and direct observation.
Now when you decide to analyse the data, measure the variables involved and arrive at a reasonable hypothesis, then you can be said to have dome some measure of data analysis.
Data analysis, is regarded as the process of inspecting, cleaning, and transforming the data obtained. Data analysts do this with the goal of discovering useful information and suggesting probable conclusions, and supporting decision-making.
Basically, Data analysis involves going the extra mile to ensure that the collected data is useful to the stakeholders.
Some methods used in analysing data include; predictive analysis, in-document analysis, data discovery and visualization, natural language generation, text and sentiment analysis, enterprise search and location analytics.

is the primary step of field management process. It is all about collecting the accurate data and secure it for future. A slight mistake in this step can lead to huge blunders in the following steps. This is the reason why most people use software or app to collect the data. This helps them to collect accurate data, transfer that data to any remote location and access the data anytime.
Data analysis is the second step of field management process or process. This step is completely dependent on the primary step. Unless and until, you collect proper data, you cannot conduct a proper analysis and create an accurate analytical report. A slight error in data analysis will lead to the huge mistake in data interpretation or evaluation. That means the creation of wrong strategy and the failure of the entire process.

Data sorting is the arranging of data into a specific order. The order may be ascending or descending on the basis of some value or parameter.
Sorting is widely used in information technology and there are a lot of algorithms available for the sorting of data organized in the form of lists or other data structures. Whereas, storing of data is the process of saving it in the secondary storage memory of the computer (which may be an optical hard drive or a solid state drive).
Both are completely different processes. Data storing is much less complex than data sorting, which employs the use of both processors as well as memory.
