a) Lustrous And Non Lustrous Objects

Lustrous objects :-

Are those materials which are shiny in appearance. Usually all metals are lustrous.

Non- lustrous Objects :-

Which do not shine . Non- metals are non- lustrous except iodine.

b) Magnetic and Non Magnetic objects.

Magnetic Objects :-

Substances that are attracted by a magnet are called magnetic substances. Example: Iron, cobalt, nickel, etc.

Non Magnetic Objects :-

Substances that are not attracted by a magnet are called non-magnetic materials. Example: Aluminium, copper, wood, etc.
