Answer:

draw a line OA.

using protractor and center 'o' draw an angle AOB =147°.

Now taking 'o' as center and any radius draw a arc that intersects 'OA' and 'OB' at p and q.

now take p and q as centers and radius more than half of PQ, draw arcs.

both the arcs intersect at 'R'

join 'OR' and produce it.
