It simply states that In both eras of history Education was belongs to Rich , Powerful & effective people of Society . Education was not meant & free  for all till before the freedom .

in Ancient time Barhamins , Shatriyaa & upper caste was in ahead to get education & more chances for them . Same in British era people close to  Britisher were more resourceful for education . only rich can get the chance to go abroad  or for higher education  .
