Answer:

1. A saturated solution is a solution which cannot take more of the solute in it. for example mixing sugar in water.

2. Pure substances are defined as substances that are made of only one type of atom or molecule. for for example gold, copper and diamond.

3. A homogeneous non-crystalline substance consisting of large molecules or ultramicroscopic particles of one substance dispersed through a second substance. Colloids include gels, sols, and emulsions; the particles do not settle, and cannot be separated out by ordinary filtering or centrifuging like those in a suspension.

4. A suspension is a mixture which contains the solid particles large enough for sedimentation. for for example the mixture of chalk and water.

Saturated solution is a type of solution in which no more solvent can be added in the solute at a particular temperature.

For example:- when I keep on adding sugar in water a time will come when it will stop dissolving

then that solution will be saturated solution

Pure substances are the substances which are made up of same kind of particles

example: gold, silver

colloidal solution is when the solvent dissolves in the solvent but the size of the particle is large enough to scatter light.

example:milk

suspension is when the particle size is large that it di not completely dissolve in the solvent and is suspendent in the solution. it also shows tyndall effect.

example mud water
