Answer:

4212.096cm^3

Step-by-step explanation:

l=25,b=20,h=12

volume of external dimension=lbh

=25cm*20cm*12cm

l'=25-(2*2.8)=19.4,b'=20-(2*2.8)=14.4,h'=12-(2*2.8)=6.4

volume of internal dimension=l'b'h'

=19.4*14.4*6.4

volume of wood=volume of external dimension-volume of internal dimension

=lbh-l'b'h'

=25*20*12-19.4*14.4*6.4=4212.096cm^3

hence , required volume = 4212.096cm^3

Answer:

External volume= 30*25*20 = 15000cm cube

internal dimensions= (30-4)cm*(25-4)cm*(20-4)cm

= 26cm*21cm*16cm

internal volume = 26cm*21cm*16cm

= 8736 cm cube

volume of wood = external volume - internal volume= (15000-8735)cm cube

=6265cm cube.
