The answer is 5 because their are 5 people = Great-grand father, grand father, two fathers and a son.

The lowest answer I could think of is 4 = Great-grand father, grand father, two fathers
if we consider that the great-grand father is also a son.(But I'm not so sure about this  ^^;)

5 tickets.
Let one man be a grandfather(1). Then he has a son(2) and a grandson(3).
Now let the son(2) be a grand father too. Then he has a son (3) and a grandson (4).
Hence you have 2 grandfathers, but every grandfather is a father too.
So you have 3 fathers . But you need 4.
Thus (4) is also a father, and his son is (5).
Now you have 4 fathers ,four sons ,and 3 grandfathers .

But there are only 5 people ,so you need minimum 5 tickets.
Hope this helps.
