1. Hypothalamus Hormones target the Pituitary Gland which modifies the hormones and sends them to the Thyroid, the Adrenal Glands or the Gonads.

2. Thyrotropin's target gland is the Thyroid Gland. It regulates release of thyroxine.

3. Corticotropin's target gland are the Adrenal Glands. It regulates ACTH and activates our response to Stress, Emotions, etc.

4. Gonadotropin's target gland is for the Gonads (the Testes and the Ovary). They develop the gonads in adolescents.

5. Melanotropin's target gland are the skin cells. It regulates creation of melanin in the skin.
