4.Find the area of a parallelogram whose one side is 14cm and its height is

Height = 8 cm

 \underline \mathbb{TO  \: FIND:-}

The Area.

 \underline \mathbb{FORMULA:-}

Area = Base × Height

 \underline \mathbb{BY  \: THE  \: PROBLEM:-}

One side of a parallelogram = 14 cm . And, this side can be base .

So, Area = Base × Height

Area = 14 × 8

or, Area = 112  cm²

Area = 112  cm²

To find the area of a parallelogram :-

First change 14cm and 8cm into m

14/100 m=0.14m

8/100=0.08m

Now applying the formula:

Area of a parallelogram = 0.14*0.08m=0.0112m²
