Let this be the rhombus ABCD.

In △ABC

AB=BC⟹∠BAC=∠ACB⟹∠BAC=∠ACB=60∘

As all angles of the △ABC are 60∘ , it is an equilateral triangle. Therefore AC=40cm

Now as the diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other at right angles, in △AOB by Pythagoras Theorem

AB2=A02+OB2

⟹402=202+OB2

⟹OB2=1600−400

⟹OB=1200−−−−√

⟹OB=203–√

⟹BD=403–√

Therefore the diagonals of the rhombus are

AC=40cm,BD=403–√
