Answer :-

  • The perimeter of triangle is 40cm.

Step-by-step explanation :-

To Find :-

  • The perimeter of triangle

Solution :-

Given that,

  • 1st side of triangle = 12cm
  • 2nd side of traingle = 13cm
  • 3rd side of triangle = 15cm

According the question,

As we know that,

Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides,

=> Perimeter = 1st side + 2nd side + 3rd side

=> Perimeter = 12cm + 13cm + 15cm

=> Perimeter = ( 12 + 13 + 15 ) cm

=> Perimeter = ( 25 + 15 ) cm

=> Perimeter = 40cm

  • The perimeter of triangle is 40cm.

Points to remember :-

Some more information related to perimeter :-

  • Area of triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

  • Semi-perimeter of triangle = ( side a + side b + side c ) ÷ 2

  • Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides.
