Here,

m + n + 3 = 0

 =  >  {m}^{3}  +  {n}^{3}  +  {3}^{3}  = 3 \times m \times n \times 3

 =  >  {m}^{3}  +  {n}^{3}  + 27 = 9mn

 =  >  {m}^{3}  +  {n}^{3}  - 9mn =  - 27
