a2 = 4 , b2 = -3 , c2= 5

D = a1 b1 = 3 -4 =3×(-3) - 4×(-4)=-9+16=7

a2 b2 4 -3

Dx = c1 b1 = 8 -4=8×(-3)-5×(-4)=-24+20=-4

c2 b2 5 -3

Dy = a1 c1 = 3 8 = 3×5-4×8=15-32 = -17

a2 c2 4 5

By Cramer's Rule,

x = Dx = -4

D 7

y = Dy = -17

D 7

Dx = -4 & Dy = -17
