After the decimal point 7 is the number that should be must...then for the second place we can put any number with 7 in the second position after the decimal point...Hence we can start the number as 0.7 and then from the second decimal number onwards we can write any number less than 7...

But when it goes to the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc... decimal places we can put any number of our choice and hence finally since it is an irrational number, so we must know that irrational numbers never have an ending, thus making it long and continuous.
