mole of HCl=4÷36.5=0.109 mole

mole of NaOH = 4÷40=0.1 mole

so, NaOH is Limiting reagent

40g NaOH produces= 58.5g NaCl

4g NaOH produces= 58.5/40×4

=5.85g NaCl
