=5

given \: that....... \\  \\ 4 +  \frac{h}{3}  = 9 \\  \\ on \: taking \: lcm..... \\  \\   =  > \frac{12 + h}{3}  = 9 \\  \\  =  > 12 + h = 9 \times 3 \\  \\  =  > 12 + h = 27 \\  \\  =  > h = 27 - 12 \\  \\  =  > h = 15

Required value of 'h' = 15
