Answer:

Heat from the sun causes tiny drops of water to move from the ground up into the air.  Clouds are formed when water vapor rises high up into the air. When it reaches cold air, the vapor turns back into droplets of water! Those tiny drops of water floating in the air collect and “stick” together up in the sky.
