4. How is it possible for someone to have a sunstroke and frostbite, simultaneously in the Ladakh
desert?

Ladakh Does not experience equable type of climate, thus has extreme Variation in Diurnal Temperature. So in Morning a Person can have sunstroke while in night one can have frostbite.
