Step-by-step explanation:

(b+c) =4/9+( -5/6 )

Take lcm of 9 and 6

which is 18

(b+c) =(8-15)/18

= (-7/18)

similarly,

(a+b) = 2/3+4/9

Take lcm of 3 and 9

which is 9

(a+b) =(6+4)/9

= 10/9

To prove , a+( b+c) = (a+b)+c

2/3 + (-7/18) = 10/9+(-5/6)

Take lcm of 3 and 18 which is 18

and also take lcm of 9 and 6 which is 18

(12-7)/18 = (20-15)/18

5/18 = 5/18

L.H.S = R.H.S

Hence,proved
