SOLUTION

GIVEN

A is 190 percent of B

TO DETERMINE

B is what percent of A + B

EVALUATION

Let B = 100x

Since A is 190 percent of B

So A = 190x

∴ A + B = 100x + 190x = 290x

Hence the required percentage

 \sf \: = \dfrac{100x}{290x} \times 100\%

 \sf \: = \dfrac{100}{290} \times 100\%
