  If, it is in 2nd: only sine is +ve.

cotx = -1/5    ⇒ let base and height be 1 and 5.

 Using Pythagoras theorem, hypotenuse = √26

Hence, sinx = 5/√26  and cosx = - 1/√26

 If it is in 4th: only cosine is +ve.

Hence, cosx = 1/√26 and sinx = - 5/√26
