Let original edge = a

Original surface area (s1) = 6a^2

Original volume (v1) = a^3

When all edges are double ,

Edge = 2a

(i) Surface Area

= 6(2a)^2

= 6*4*a^2

= 4*(6a^2)

= 4*s1

= 4 times the original surface area

(ii) Volume

= (2a)^3

= 8*a^3

= 8*v1

= 8 times of the original volume
