10% change= mv + mv/10= 11mv/10=   1.1mv

now,

initial kinetic energy in terms of momentum is=  mv^2/2m

final kinetic energy=  (1.1mv)^2/2m

take ratio ...u will  get Kf/Ki=1.21

percentage increase will 0.21*100= 21%
