Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

Radha's income is 30% more than Raghu's,

To find :-

How much percent is Raghu's income is less than Radha's?

Solution :-

Let the income of Raghu be Rs. X

Then

The income of Radha = 30% more than that if Raghu's

=> X+30% of X

=> X+30% ×X

=> X+(30/100)×X

=> X +(3/10)×X

=> X+(3X/10)

=> (10X+3X)/10

=> 13X/10

Radha's income = Rs. 13X/10

Raghu's income = Rs. X

The difference = (13X/10)-X

=> (13X-10X)/10

=> 3X/10

Rs. 3X/10 is more than Raghu's income.

Now

The percentage is Raghu's income is less than that of Radha

=>(Difference in the incomes/Radha's income) ×100

=> [(3X/10)/(13X/10)]×100

=> [(3X/10)×(10/13X)] ×100

=> (3X/13X)×100

=> (3/13)×100

=> (3×100)/13

=> 300/13% or 23.08%

Answer:-

300/13 % or 23.08% is Raghu's income is less than that of Radha
