sinθ = 3/5

cosθ = 4/5

tanθ = 3/4

(tanθ + secθ)^2 = (3/4 + 5/4)^2 = (8/4)^2 = 2^2 = 4

First you need to find the value of b by pythagorus theorum , then take the LHS part and put the value of p, b and h . You can easily prove it.
