In a row of trees a tree is 7th from the left end it means thereafter total 6 tree in left side .
and the same tree is 14th from the right side
so total number of tree
equals to 14 + 6=20

Answer:

20 trees.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: A tree is 7th from the left end and 14th from the right end.

To find: Number of trees.

According to given condition, tree lies at position 7 from left & 14th from right.

So, the total number of trees=7+14-1

                                               =20

1 is subtracted as tree is counted twice.

So, there are total 20 tress in a row.
