In schools and the colleges,a great stress is laid on the importance of discipline in life and yes it is true without discipline we are nothing.Discipline is an important aspect of human life.It is a way of living in the society.Wehther it is home,school,office, factory, playground or battle field, discipline is a necessity.Without it there would be complete chaos and disorder.There would be no peace.Every thing would be finished.

Discipline means to live and act according to certain. rules and regulations,to pay due regards to elders and to obey them.Discipline inculcates a sense of duty and obedience in the students.

Discipline is taught at home first.Here a child gets his first lesson in discipline by obeying his parents and elders.He also learns to pay respect to the elders.He is taught to do each work at proper time.He is taught to make use of his time.

After home, discipline is next taught in school.Here the students learn discipline by way of doing every thing.They come to school in time,behave well with their friends, respect their teachers and avoid bad companies.Thus they grow up to be a useful member of the society.
