angle A = angle B (both 90°)
angle AOC = angle BOD (opposite angles are equal)
then,
angle C = angle D ( because the other two angles are equal )
Hence, both the triangles are congruent.
Using corresponding sides,
3/7 = 2/BD
BD = 14/3 m
