It will be right angle triangle.

OM will be height,AM will be base,AO will be radius of circle and hypotenuse of triangle.

We know

 {hypotenuse}^{2}  =  {base}^{2} +  {heigh}^{2}

 {ao}^{2}   =  {am}^{2}  +  {om}^{2}

 {ao}^{2}  =  {4}^{2}  +  {3}^{2}

 {ao}^{2}  = 16 + 9

 {ao}^{2}  = 25

ao =  \sqrt{25}

ao = 5
