find the measure of 2x
and 6x.​

Firstly you have to label the lines and the transversal and also the intersection of the both..

==》Let the transversal be AB

==》Let the first line be PQ and the second line be RS

==》The first point of intersecton be C and the second one be D

SOLUTION:-

angle PCB+angle RDA =180°(cointerior angles)

=> 6x+angle RDA = 180°

=> angle RDA = 180-6X

=> angle RDA = 2x (vertically opposite angles)

=> 180-6x=2x

=> 180=2x+6x => 180=8x

=> x= 180/8

Therefore x= 22.5

Substitute the value of x in 6x and 2x

=>6x = 6× 22.5= 135

=>2x= 2× 22.5= 45

THEREFORE, The value of 6x is 135 and the value of 2x is 45
