T1=30°C= (273+30)K =303K

T2= 0°C =273K

P2= 800torr

from the combine formula of boyle's and charle's gas theory we get,

P1.V1/T1 = P2.V2/T2

>>760×4/303 =800×V2/273

>>V2 = (760×4×273)/(303×800)

So the answer is
