one reaction each of metal and non-metal with O2 and H20 with
examples and equations​

Mg + O2 =MgO. Mg- Magnesium O2- Oxygen

when non-metal reacts with O2

C + O2 = CO2. C- Carbon O2 - oxygen.

when metals react with H2O

2Mg(s) + 2H2O(l) = 2M OH(aq) + H2(g)

when non-metal reacts with H2O

Non-metals does not react with water.

Sulphur + water = No Reaction......
