Art and craft are the creations that we do with our hands.  Art and craft are excellent hobbies.  We can express our creativity and enjoy the pleasure of expressing our inner thoughts and feelings.  we feel so happy and contented when some one appreciates our art and craft.

Every person cannot become a good artist or craftsman.   Often they are born with talent.  Their talents have to be nurtured and improved.  Art and craft are appreciated by every one in the society.  They are so beautiful to look at.

Artistic paintings and articles are purchased in exhibitions at high prices.  Crafts are displayed in the front room of a house or hotels and are also placed on the office tables.

Developing skills in art and craft is very good and useful.  Children learn creative and imaginative skills by these activities.

The government in India encourages art and craft.  There is a show room for them in every city for tourists and visitors.  Often a mela is organized to display new artistic items and crafts in every city.  Ancient India has a rich tradition of art and craft.

Answer:

Throughout my life I have always loved drawing, spending almost as much time as I could drawing landscapes, creatures, and inventions. When I was a baby I would scribble all over the restaurant menus, when I was kid I would steal paper from the printer and sketch out machines and skateboards, and now in my teen years I made up large landscapes or my own made up worlds. I feel like I can speak through my artwork by making what I want when I have any sort of writing utensil and piece of paper. I have donated a large part of my life to artwork and feel great that I will be able to share my artwork with my peers.

Although many people do not enjoy artwork as much as I do I believe that we should all experience it, so that we may open our eyes up and see what other people have created simply because they wanted to, not because they had to. I never disliked art so it is easy for me to draw and express myself in one of the purest ways possible. It’s almost as if I am able to talk to others and reach out through my art, appealing to many or maybe not. It does not matter to me whether someone likes my work or not because it is my own work that I love to make. Although many artist go out and display their work for all to see I personally like to keep it myself and for family/friends, that way it seems as if I’m making my art on a more personal level.

On this personal level I like to draw calm/peaceful things, as drawing things as warfare, violence, or even death do not seem to be appealing as in no one wants to see them. I know that many bad things are happening around the world that are horribly corrupt and that people need help, but because people do so well already making these things popular through media etc. I feel that there is a need for good artwork as well to balance out the bad. I love drawing peaceful things because they reminds me of what can be, or what already is, they remind me of past dreams, and give me beautiful dreams.
