Given :---

  • Length of wall = 10m
  • Breadth of wall = 2m
  • Length of brick = 25cm
  • Width of brick = 8cm .

To Find :--

  • How many bricks will be used to build the wall ?

Formula used :---

→ Area of wall = Length × Breadth

→ Area of one Brick = Length × Breadth

→ Number of bricks Required to build the wall = Area of room/ Area of One Brick ..

→ 1m = 100cm .

Solution :--

Given ,

Length of wall = 10m = 10*100 = 1000cm

→ Breadth of wall = 2m = 2*100 = 200cm .

Putting value in above told formula now,

Area of wall = 1000*200 = 200000 cm²

Similarly,

Area of one brick = 25*8 = 200 cm²

So, Number of bricks Required to build the wall = Area of room/ Area of One Brick

No. of Bricks = 200000/200

No..of Bricks = 1000 Bricks

_______________

Hence, 1000 Bricks Are Required to Construct the wall.
