Obesity is a kind of disease that takes place due to following an unhealthy lifestyle, like overeating and eating a lot of junk foods. Obesity is not only seen in adults, but also seen among children nowadays.

Deficiency Diseases are those which takes place due to the deficiency of a particular nutrient in the body.

Our body needs food. It is the fuel of our bodies.Actually it needs the nutrient, absorbed in the food. After the nutrients get absorbed, digested foods are removed from the body in the form of faeces. And when those nutrients lack inside the body, deficiency diseases comes up.

obesity means beginning overweight because of excessive fat in the body it result from over rating specially carbohydrates and fat and not doing enough exercise to use of the energy they provide the extra fat and carbohydrate is converted to body fat if we keep on over rating we become a obese.....
