I guess there is a conversion error.(cm to m)
We should convert m to cm. Because they are measured in centimetres.
You didn't convert 600m^2 = 6000000 cm^2. That's a small mistake you did.

We know that Area of floor = length * breadth
= 4000 * 1500
= 600000 cm^2.

Given breadth of each tile = 50cm.
We know that Area of tile = 60 * 50

Therefore,
the number of tiles required = 6000000/3000
= 2000.
