(2) prokaryotic doesn't have inner organelles but eukaryotic have inner organelles.

(3)the size of ribosome in prokaryotic is 70S but the the size of ribosome in eukaryotic is 80S

(4) Prokaryotic have DNA but no nucleus.

eukaryotic have larger cell and DNA is contained in a nucleus.
