QUESTION IS

Romil bought a Rubik's Cube for 80 to

sell in his shop. He increased the price by

30% and then sold it to a customer.

a. Calculate the profit.

b. Calculate the selling price.

C. Calculate the profit percentage.

ANSWER IS Given, percent profit =16%, C.P. =2400

Their are 80 articles.

Profit = CP × % profit

=2,400×

100

16

=384

So, SP = CP+ profit

=2,400+384=2784

SP of one article =

80

2784

= Rs. 34.80
