4 \sqrt{3} z ^{2} + 5z - 2 \sqrt{3 } \\ = 4 \sqrt{3} z^{2} + 8z - 3z - 2 \sqrt{3} \\ = 4z( \sqrt{3} z + 2) - \sqrt{3} ( \sqrt{3} z + 2) \\ = (4z - \sqrt{3} )( \sqrt{3} z + 2)
