According to the question,

So,

Weight of Sahil's brother = 36 + 2 = 38 kg

Now,

To be found :-

The ratio of the weight of Sahil's brother to Sahil

= $\frac{38}{36}$

=  $\frac{19}{18}$

= 19:18

Hence,

The ratio of the weight of Sahil's brother to Sahil is 19:18
