to plant trees around it to protect its outer walls from direct sunlight. The trees are to
be planted 3 m apart. How many trees will she need so that they surround the house

ACCORDING TO GIVEN CONDITION,

LENGTH=75M AND BREADTH=50M

THEREFORE,PERIMETER OF HOUSE =2(75+50)

                                         =2(125)

                                          =250 M

NOW, SHE HAS TO PLANT TREES AT THE DISTANCE OF 3 M APART ,SO

NO. OF TREES=TOTAL PERIMETER/DISTANCE BETWEEN TREES

                        250/3  =83.3

SO 83 PLANTS WILL BE PLANTED.
