4 parts of Si2H3 react with 11 volumes of oxygen giving 8 parts of SiO2 and 6 parts of H2O.

so, 15 mol is 11 volumes.

Hence, 1 volume is 15/11 mol.

Hence 6 parts of H2O is 15/11 X 6 mol.

8.18 mol
