- People do not have equality in India because inequality in India is practiced on the basis of caste, religion, disability, sex(male/female), economic status, poverty, deprivation, gender gap, colour, lack of resources and race. Reasons for inequality in India also includes that people mostly think that poor people or people of lower castes are not to be fit in the society they live in. People with high standard wants to live with people of the same standard not with people who are of low standard.
