Volume of the sphere = 4/3 Π r3 = 4/3 x Π x 93 = 81 x 12 Π cm3

The wire is in cylindrical form, Let its length be L cm.

Its radius = 1/2 (2/5) = 1/5 cm

Since, Volume of the wire = Volume of the sphere

Therefore, Π x (1/5)2 x L = 81 x 12 Π

Implies, L = 81 x 12 x 25 cm = 24300 cm = 243 m

Hence, the length of the wire is 243 m.
